Description :  

vsftpd is a Very Secure FTP daemon. It was written completely from scratch.

Fixed bugs:

• When vsftpd received the EADDRINUSE error from a TCP port, vsftpd immediately sent an error message to an FTP client instead of re-trying the port. The handling of this error has been fixed and vsftpd now retries to use the port.

Solution:  Update packages.

For example

1、service  vsftpd  stop

2、rpm  -Uvh  vsftpd-2.0.5-24.1.0.1.AXS3.x86_64.rpm

3、service  vsftpd  start
